Every piece was carefully crafted to offer a luxury baking experience. The Gingerbread Baking Kit contains everything you need to create The Tomte Cake, start to finish, so you can focus on making memories, not measuring ingredients.
-Our warm and spicy Organic Gingerbread Cake Mix comes together in less than 5 minutes and creates two perfectly proportioned cakes.
-Our Organic Nutmeg Buttercream frosting pouches were specifically designed with little hands in mind easy to hold, easy to dispense, and so simple to use.
-We collaborated with luxury sprinkle brand, Sweetapolita, to create a beautuful (and delicious!) "Gnome for the holidays" sprinkle medley so your little ones can create a Tomte Cake that looks like it came right out of the storybook.

Everything about this is amazing. The cake mold will last forever. The cake mix and icing was absolutely delicious (and I was never a fan of gingerbread or buttercream but now I am)! Our family enjoyed everything, the book and illustrations, the cake mix and mold, and let’s not forget Tomte! Thank you for the new tradition that we plan to pass down for many generations to come.
The gingerbread mix is the best one ever! Beats the Betty Crocker Gingerbread mix 100 times over. It's dark, rich and has so much flavor. I had no problem getting the houses out of their baking molds when cooled off. The frosting is Vanilla Butter Nutmeg and is delicious. Although it's a bit stiff to pipe.
I bought this as a gift and I am so excited to share it next month. It’s adorable.
